Toyota Innova Hycross surpasses 50,000 units in Indian sales.

Launched in November 2022 the Innova Hycross has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 50 000 units in sales within just 14 months of its introduction in the country. This remarkable feat underscores the model's swift acceptance and popularity among customers. The Innova Hycross underwent a generational transformation over its predecessor incorporating the latest Toyota Global Architecture (TNGA) and adopting a monocoque chassis departing from the conventional body-on-frame structure.

Toyota offers the Innova Hycross in five variants with prices ranging from Rs. 19.77 lakh to Rs. 30.68 lakh (all prices ex-showroom). As demand for this Mahindra XUV700 competitor remains strong prospective buyers currently face a waiting period of up to 52 weeks from the date of booking.

Additionally Toyota is actively developing a flex-fuel variant of the three-row MPV showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo. This variant boasts the capability to run on petrol with an ethanol blend of up to 80% utilizing the same 2.0-litre strong-hybrid petrol engine while maintaining consistent performance output.

Sabari Manohar Vice President Sales and Marketing at Toyota Kirloskar Motor expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response and confidence shown by customers in the Innova Hycross. Emphasizing the model's success and acceptance Manohar highlighted its impact on redefining comfort convenience performance and safety within the Multi Utility Vehicle (MUV) segment. With pride in the Hycross for continuing the storied legacy of the Innova brand Toyota remains confident that the model will sustain customer affection and consistently elevate the mobility experience through its exceptional performance.
