Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced the new top-end variant of the Innova, the Hycross GX(O) petrol, with a starting price of Rs. 20.99 lakh for the seven-seater and Rs. 21.13 lakh for the eight-seater configuration (ex-showroom). This variant, priced about Rs. 1 lakh higher than the GX, offers several new features:

- 10.1-inch touchscreen Infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility
- Automatic climate control
- Soft-touch finish on the dashboard and door panels
- New fabric seat covers
- 360-degree camera system
- Rear defogger
- Front parking sensors

The cabin has a chestnut finish for a more premium feel. Interestingly, the eight-seater variant misses out on some features like the touchscreen display and retractable rear sunshade but is priced Rs. 14,000 lower. The Innova Hycross retains its 2.0L NA four-cylinder petrol engine with 174 hp and 205 Nm of torque, mated to a CVT automatic transmission, offering a claimed fuel economy of 16.13 kmpl. The hybrid version of the powertrain, producing 184 hp and 188 Nm, with an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of 23.24 kmpl, is not available in the Hycross GX(O) variant.
