Honda India plans to introduce four new SUVs, including the Elevate EV.

Recently, Honda launched the Elevate in the Indian market with a competitive starting price of Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The move marks Honda's entry into the highly competitive mid-size SUV segment. Details of the other three SUVs in Honda's plans have not been officially revealed, but rumors are circulating that one of them could be a sub-4-metre SUV, possibly based on the now-discontinued W-RV . Can work as a replacement. It is clear that SUVs will be the primary focus for Honda as they aim to maintain and expand their market share.

Regarding the Elevate, it is priced competitively between Rs. 10.99 lakh and Rs. Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This mid-size SUV will face tough competition from established players like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyderabad. The Elevate is equipped with a familiar 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine, offering both manual and CVT automatic transmission options, which has been borrowed from the City in similar condition.
