Mahindra, renowned as India’s go-to SUV manufacturer, has expanded its impressive lineup with the introduction of the Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus, a 9-seater version of the popular Bolero Neo. With units already making their way to dealerships, CG 04 Carz has provided a detailed walkaround video showcasing the base P4 variant.

The Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus is available in two trim levels, each offering a single variant, as the model comes equipped with a singular powertrain and gearbox combination. Pricing starts at Rs. 11.39 lakh for the base P4 variant and goes up to Rs. 12.49 lakh for the top-spec P10 variant (both prices ex-showroom).

Essentially, the Bolero Neo Plus is a rebranded and relaunched version of the TUV300 Plus, following the same trend as the TUV300’s transformation into the Bolero Neo. While comparisons with the TUV300 Plus reveal minimal changes, such as a slightly tweaked front fascia featuring the new Mahindra Twin Peaks logo, the vehicle retains its robust appeal, with 215/70-R16 tires mounted on steel wheels ensuring ample ground clearance.

The CG 04 Carz video provides a closer look at the base P4 variant, which incorporates several cost-saving measures to maintain competitive pricing. These include the absence of a footstep, blackened pillars, front fog lights, rear defogger, rear washer, wiper, and a dimmable IRVM. Additionally, unpainted elements on the fascia, such as the upper and lower grille, door handles, and ORVMs, contribute to the variant’s distinctive appearance.

In terms of features, Mahindra includes all four power windows with switches located on the center console, internally adjustable (manual) ORVMs, a semi-digital instrument cluster with a color MID, and rear parking sensors. However, the base P4 variant lacks additional features seen in higher trims. The video showcases optional accessories like a touchscreen infotainment screen with a rear parking camera, along with seat covers, enhancing the overall driving experience.
