India's second largest carmaker Hyundai recently introduced the Adventure Edition of its popular SUVs Creta and Alcazar. While the core design of these SUVs remains unchanged, they now get bold lifestyle-specific enhancements and features that give them a unique identity. Hyundai's intention behind the Adventure Edition is to cater to adventure enthusiasts who have a passion for exploration and new experiences. To highlight this, Hyundai has released a new TV commercial (TVC) featuring both the Alcazar and the Creta.

The TVC, which can be found on Hyundai India's YouTube channel, emphasizes on the adventure aspect. The characters in the video take their Alcazar and Creta SUVs off-road to explore new terrains and trails. The intention is to position these models as suitable companions for adventure lovers. The Adventure Edition of both the Creta and the Alcazar come in the new Ranger Khaki colour, which was shown in the TVC. This shade differentiates it from the regular versions and mirrors the recently launched Hyundai Xtor.

For a strong presence, all the chrome elements on these SUVs have either been blacked out or removed. The Adventure variant also gets an all-black interior with light green inserts. The seat covers, unique to the Adventure variant, display images of mountains. Both the Hyundai Creta and the Alcazar come equipped with 21 distinctive features, including dual camera dashcam, rugged door cladding, 3D designer adventure mats, adventure emblems on the fenders, sporty metal pedals, black front grille with Hyundai logo, dark chrome rear Hyundai. logo, dark chrome Creta and ALCAZAR lettering, black skid plates (front and rear) and black side sills, black roof rails and shark-fin antenna, black fog lamp garnish (ALCAZAR), black ORVMs, body-coloured door handles and black C -Pillar Garnish (CRETA), Black Tailgate Garnish (ALCAZAR), and Black Painted Alloy Wheels.

The Hyundai Creta Adventure Edition offers four monotone and two dual-tone color options: Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, New Ranger Khaki, Atlas White with Abyss Black and New Ranger Khaki with Abyss Black. The Alcazar comes in four monotone color options: Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey, and the new Ranger Khaki. Additionally, there are three dual-tone color options available for the Alcazar: Atlas White with Abyss Black, New Ranger Khaki with Abyss Black, and Titan Gray with Abyss Black.

It is important to note that the Adventure Edition is not available across all engine options and variants. For the Creta Adventure variant, it is available exclusively with the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol variant. It can be selected in SX manual and SX(O) IVT variants. For the Alcazar Adventure Edition, it is offered in a 1.5L Turbo GDi petrol 7-seater variant (Platinum with 6MT and Signature (O) 7DCT) as well as a 1.5L diesel 7-seater variant (6MT and Platinum).
