Mahindra has broadened the appeal of its XUV700 by extending the seven-seat configuration to its base MX variant, now priced at Rs. 15 lakh (ex-showroom), making it Rs. 3 lakh more affordable than the AX3 variant. Previously, the MX trim was limited to a five-seater configuration priced at Rs. 14.60 lakh (ex-showroom). With this expansion, Mahindra aims to cater to a wider audience seeking a three-row SUV.
The MX variant of the XUV700 offers notable features including a seven-inch MID display, an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system, rear AC vents, and electrically adjustable ORVMs. Under the hood, it houses a 2.2-litre diesel engine generating 153bhp and 360Nm of torque, coupled with a six-speed manual gearbox.
In addition to the MX variant update, Mahindra has introduced the XUV700 Blaze Edition, based on the top-spec AX7L trim, priced Rs. 25,000 higher than the standard model. This new edition enhances the XUV700 lineup with added features and style elements for discerning customers.
