Fees and User charges various work in Parivahah Sewa.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has worked to computerize Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) around the country in order to improve the quality of service provided to citizens and the quality of work provided by Regional transport organizations (RTOs).

Because policies and procedures differ from state to state, one of Parivahan Sewa's goals is to standardize papers to ensure accurate and timely information availability.

The following fees and levies are applicable:

Note:

1. If the certificate of registration is a smart card issued or renewed in Form 23A, an extra fee of Rs.200 will be levied.

2. Every month, an additional price of Rs.300 (for motorbikes) and Rs.500 (for other non-transport vehicles) would be levied for any delay in applying for a renewal of the certificate of registration.

Registration certificate issuance (duplicate)

The fee specified in (4) will be charged in half.

Ownership transfer

Half of the fee mentioned in (4) will be charged.

Note:

A cost of Rs.300 (for motorbikes) and Rs.500 (for other vehicles) will be imposed for each month that the No Objection Certificate is not submitted on time.

Change of residence

Half of the fee mentioned in (4).

Note:

In the case of a change of address, an extra price of Rs.300 (for motorbikes) and Rs.500 (for other vehicles) would be imposed for each month that the No Objection Certificate is not submitted on time.

2. If the certificate of registration is issued in the form of a Smart Card Type, an additional cost of Rs.200 is payable, unless a new certificate of registration is granted following the cancellation of a hypothecation agreement, hire purchase agreement, or leasing agreement.
