2023 Tata Nexon Facelift revealed, price on September 14.

Tata Motors has officially unveiled the latest Nexon facelift, which is the second update of the car since its debut in the Indian market. Pricing details of the new Nexon are set to be revealed on September 14. Apart from the visual enhancements, the facelifted Nexon now offers additional features like a larger touchscreen infotainment system and a two-spoke steering wheel. There has been no change in the engine lineup. Bookings for the new Nexon will begin from September 4, with official pricing for both the Nexon and Nexon EV to be announced on September 14.

The exterior changes are quite extensive, with a refreshed front end featuring a split-headlamp design and a thick upper grille with the Tata logo. The lower part of the headlamps is housed in a trapezoidal enclosure with a large grille and a black plastic strip running across the width. The new Nexon also gets sequential turn indicators, which is a first in the segment.

While the profile of the Nexon facelift remains largely unchanged, it gets a new accent line with contrasting highlights and updated alloy wheels. At the rear, the new Nexon gets a full LED setup that spans the width of the vehicle, with the reverse lamp now located in the bumper. The dimensions remain the same including the ground clearance of 208 mm.

Inside the cabin, the new Tata Nexon facelift displays design cues from the Curve concept. The much larger 10.25-inch touchscreen made its debut on the Nexon EV Max Dark Edition. Additionally, Tata Motors has introduced a new two-spoke steering wheel, slimmer AC vents and a cleaner dashboard layout with fewer physical buttons. Notable feature updates include 360-degree cameras and connected car technology, as well as ventilated front seats and an air purifier.

Mechanically, the new Nexon retains its existing engine options. It continues to offer the 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 120 PS of max power and 170 Nm of peak torque, available with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed AMT. Tata has also introduced a new 7-speed dual-clutch automatic option with paddle shifters. The diesel variants retain the same 6-speed manual and AMT options, with power and torque at 115 PS and 160 Nm respectively.
