A company spokesperson expressed their excitement, stating, "We're delighted with the enthusiastic reception for our new S1 lineup. Our focus is on driving India's electrification leadership. With our revamped scooter range, including the S1 Pro, S1 X portfolio, and the newly launched S1 Air, opting for internal combustion engine products is no longer necessary."

Ola highlights the cost benefits of its S1X model, claiming users can save around Rs 2,600 monthly and Rs 30,000 yearly in terms of maintenance and fuel. The brand asserts that customers choosing the S1X can recover the vehicle's cost within three years. Both the S1 X+ and S1 X (3kWh) models feature a 3kWh battery pack, providing a claimed range exceeding 150 km. These e-scooters are equipped with a 6kW motor and can achieve a top speed of 90kph.
