Nitin Gadkari travels to Parliament in a hydrogen-powered automobile.

Gadkari stressed the need of spreading awareness about 'Hdrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV)' technology and its benefits for India's hydrogen-based society while driving a car powered by 'Green Hydrogen'.

Gadkari promised that 'Green Hydrogen' will be created in India, and that refuelling stations would be built, creating long-term job prospects in the country.

According to the minister, India would soon become a 'Green Hydrogen' exporting country. In keeping with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of clean and cutting-edge mobility in India, our administration is dedicated to green and clean energy through the 'National Hydrogen Mission', Gadkari stated.

Gadkari has been outspoken on the need to switch to renewable and green energy. The increase in fuel prices may hasten the changeover.

In the last nine days, petrol and diesel prices have climbed by Rs 5.60 per litre. Petrol and gasoline prices were raised by 80 paise per litre on Wednesday. This is the ninth price hike in the last nine days for gasoline and diesel.
