Nitin Gadkari Quotes John F. Kennedy Over Roads in “US Is Rich Because...”

Nitin Gadkari, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, stated on Monday that Rajasthan's roads will resemble those in the United States by the end of 2024, making it a joyful and prosperous state.

The senior (Bharatiya Janata Party) BJP official added that everyone at the center aims to bring happiness and prosperity to the nation's countryside.

At a ceremony to lay the first stone for a number of construction projects in the village of Pakka Sarna in the Hanumangarh district, Mr. Gadkari addressed the audience and said this.

He claimed that he frequently quotes former US President John F. Kennedy, who argued that the country's beautiful roads are not a result of its wealth. American wealth is a result of its excellent roads. I guarantee that Rajasthan's roads will be built to the same standard as those in America by the end of 2024. According to Mr. Gadkari, Rajasthan will benefit from these roads by becoming a joyful and affluent state. He claimed that as administrations changed, so should society.

Freedom from hunger, poverty, and unemployment should exist. The country's imports should end, exports should rise, and farmers should become billionaires by becoming food and energy providers, he continued. Additionally, the farms of the farmers should receive water, young people should be given jobs, and the country's imports should halt.

In the Setu Bandhan project, which has a total cost of 2050 crore, Mr. Gadkari set the cornerstones for seven railway over bridges (ROBs) and six national highway projects. Nihal Chand, Rahul Kaswan, and Narendra Kumar, all members of parliament, were also there.
