Nashik-based organization provides training on traffic rules.

The Nashik First organization, which manages the Children's Traffic Education Park in Mumbai Naka, recently trained over 700 bus drivers, conductors, and supervisors from Nashik Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamaband Ltd (NMPML) city's bus service on traffic regulations.

The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) launched the Citi Link bus service in the city, and the reaction has been positive. To guarantee that the bus service in Nashik city is accident-free, senior NMC officials worked hard to organize a training program for its drivers, conductors, and supervisors.

The Nashik First organization developed a specific course for city bus drivers and performed a training program for them.

The training included topics such as precautionary measures that bus drivers should take while driving, road safety and accidents, the necessity of observing traffic regulations, the causes of road accidents and preventative measures, and so on.

Milind Bund, general manager of the Citi Link bus service, and Vasant Gaidhani, general manager (technical), both provided their support to the training program. Srikant Karode, a Nashik First member, designed the course, and Dilip Devre of Citi Link and B K Dhumal of Nashik First arranged and organized the training.
