Lamborghini Revuelto V12 Hybrid to Debut in India on December 6.

The Lamborghini Revuelto V12 Hybrid is set to make its India debut on December 6, 2023. As the successor to the Aventador, the Revuelto continues the tradition of the V12 engine configuration, now enhanced with hybrid power for even more impressive performance.

In terms of design, the Revuelto clearly bears Lamborghini's signature, incorporating familiar elements seen in Lamborghini's recent special edition cars. The front features a distinctive bumper and Y-shaped LED lights, with the primary headlamps set neatly at the base of the bonnet. Along the sides, sharp lines and ample vents ahead of the rear wheels allow air to flow into the engine compartment.

At the rear, the Revuelto has a distinctive design, with a centrally located high-set exhaust just below the active rear wing. The tail-lights also have a distinctive Y-shaped design, complemented by an aggressive rear bumper.

Inside the cabin, which seats two passengers, there is a choice of up to three displays. A digital instrument cluster is located behind the steering wheel, while the co-driver may have a dedicated display in the dashboard. The central touchscreen, oriented in portrait style, manages various functions in the car.

The most impressive aspect of the car is its powertrain. Although it retains the 6.5-litre displacement, the V12 engine in the Revuelto is completely new and not derived from the Aventador. The engine has been repositioned 180 degrees within the engine compartment and is now mated to a new transverse-mounted 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that sends power to the rear wheels. The former transmission tunnel now houses the battery pack for the plug-in hybrid powertrain. As for the hybrid powertrain, a pair of electric motors are located on the front axle, while a third is integrated into the gearbox to drive the rear wheels. This setup gives the car a total output of 1001 bhp and a sprint time of 0-100 kmph in just 2.5 seconds.
