Disabled Indian Army Veterans Receive Hero Destini 125.

Hero MotoCorp has formed a collaboration with the Directorate of Indian Army Veterans. In an effort to recognise the valiant efforts of the Indian Army Veterans who have become crippled while serving, the automaker has given the troops specially manufactured Hero Destini 125 motorcycles.

The Hero Destini 125 scooters are equipped with two auxiliary wheels in the back for easy riding, making them accessible to the disabled. Furthermore, these modified bikes were distributed to Indian army personnel in Gujarat, Delhi-The National Capital Region (NCR), Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, and Kerala.

The Hero Destini 125 is powered by a 124.6cc single-cylinder engine that produces 9.1PS and 10.4Nm. The scooter is also outfitted with an idle stop device.

The Hero Destini 125 comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) charging port, a boot light, and a side stand indication. It also has Hero Connect connection as an accessory fitment.

The scooter is supported at the front by a telescopic fork and at the back by a mono-shock absorber. The bike is equipped with 130mm drum brakes on both ends, and it rides on 10-inch wheels.
