CNG prices in Delhi-NCR were raised by Rs 2 per kilogram on Sunday. The new prices go into effect on Sunday at 6 a.m. With this recent price increase, CNG is now priced at Rs 73.61 per kilogram in the national capital, while it is priced at Rs 76.17 per kilogram and Rs 81.94 in Noida and Gurugram, respectively.
This is not the first time that Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has raised the price of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in Delhi - The National Capital Region (NCR). Previously, the business raised the price of CNG twice earlier this year.
Not only in Delhi-NCR, but IGL has raised CNG rates across the country this time.
CNG is now retailing for Rs 84.07 per kilogram in Rewari, and Rs 82.27 per kilogram in Karnal and Kaithal. After the new raise, the price of CNG in Kanpur, Hamirpur, and Fatehpur is Rs 85.40 per kilogram, while it is Rs 83.88 in Ajmer, Pali, and Rajsamand. Since October of last year, when local and international gas prices began to rise, the price of CNG has risen on a regular basis.
