Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG starts reaching dealerships, hinting at an imminent launch.

Maruti Suzuki is placing a significant wager on CNG. The automaker hasn't made a diesel engine since BS6 emission compliance became mandatory. The automaker claims that CNG vehicle sales are steadily rising, and it would seem to be the ideal diesel alternative. As a result, the business now intends to introduce the new Maruti Suzuki Brezza with a company-fitted CNG kit in the Indian market. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza S-CNG has already started arriving at dealerships, so the launch appears to be just around the corner. Prior to its official launch, a recent YouTube video from Real Gaadi reveals the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Brezza S-CNG.

At a dealership stockyard, a Maruti Suzuki Brezza with CNG conversion is visible. The video may have verified that the CNG-spec Brezza won't have a significant variation in aesthetics. It is likely to be available in a variety of trim levels, most likely beginning with LXI. The factory-installed CNG kit might also be an option for the ZXI trim. The Brezza CNG could go on sale at any time, and it is anticipated to cost Rs 1 lakh more than the petrol version.

The 1.5L gasoline engine, which produces a maximum torque of 138 Nm and a peak output of 103 bhp, will continue to be the engine's power source. It could generate a maximum torque of 121 Nm and 87 horsepower when using CNG as fuel. The 5-speed and 6-speed AT transmissions for the petrol-powered Brezza are available. However, it can only be purchased with a manual gearbox in the CNG avatar.

Long feature list available at retail for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza in 2022. It has a 360-degree parking camera, a head-up display, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, cruise control, an electric sunroof, and more. It also supports Android Auto and Apple Carplay.
