Later today, Hyundai Venue will receive a mid-cycle upgrade. The subcompact Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) will undergo a significant transformation with the upcoming 2022 version. While the most of the aesthetic modifications have already been shown, the car will also receive a new feature list. The model year upgrade will enable Venue to compete more effectively against rival vehicles such as the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Kia Sonet, and the recently announced Citroen C3.
New Cabin Highlights:
Apart from new interior colors, the 2022 Hyundai Venue will also include 2-step reclining rear seats, ambient lighting, power driver seat, smart electric sunroof, and digital cluster driver display. The addition of these features will make the Venue a more modern model than the current one.
The facelifted Hyundai Venue will be offered with three powertrain choices. There will be two gasoline engines and one diesel engine. The petrol engines will be the Kappa 1.2Multi-Point injection (MPi) petrol and the Kappa 1.0 Turbo Gasoline Direct injection (GDi) petrol. The oil burner will be available with a U2 1.5 Diesel Common Rail Direct injection (CRDi) diesel engine.
Cabin and interior improvements:
Aside from drastically modified exteriors, the 2022 Venue will also include significant improvements within the interior. It will be given a black and beige dual-tone motif. A four-spoke steering wheel and a big touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will also be included.
With the model year shift, the Venue will be upgraded with various additional features. In addition to Home to Car (H2C) with Alexa and Google Voice Assistant, the Vitara Brezza competitor will include 60+ Bluelink-connected capabilities.
Home to Car (H2C) with Alexa and Google Voice Assistant:
Several new features will be available on the Venue subcompact SUV in 2022. One of the primary attractions inside the car will be the introduction of enhanced Home to Car (H2C) with Alexa & Google Voice Assistant (English and Hindi language support) function.
The facelifted Hyundai Venue is certain to receive freshly styled 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. The adoption of new alloy wheels will give the automobile a renewed aspect and will make it look sportier.
New tail lights:
The revised Venue SUV's rear area will be totally redesigned. New L-shaped wraparound Light-emitting diode (LED) tail lights will be joined by an LED light bar.
The new subcompact SUV will be available in seven distinct color variations, according to the company. Polar White, Titan Grey, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Denim Blue, Fiery Red, and Fiery Red with black roof are among the colors available.
The Hyundai Venue will have a new front grille in 2022. The new design is said to be in line with the company's next-generation vehicles. The Venue's revised chrome accents are also reminiscent of Hyundai's forthcoming Palisade flagship SUV, which will be available in the worldwide market in 2022. The introduction of a new front grille is a significant improvement over the old design and significantly transforms the front end appearance.
The outer body design of the 2022 Venue will be entirely redesigned. Aside from noticeable changes to the front grille, headlamp, and a few body components, the 2018 Venue is anticipated to have new color options.
