In March 2024 Volkswagen is offering substantial discounts on its passenger car lineup in India with attractive deals on the Taigun Tiguan and Virtus models.

The Taigun midsize SUV presents a compelling offer with a cash discount of Rs. 60 000 an exchange bonus of Rs. 40 000 and a corporate discount of Rs. 30 000 totaling up to Rs. 1.3 lakh. Prices range from Rs. 11.70 lakh to Rs. 20 lakh (ex-showroom) with power options including a 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.5L turbo petrol engine available with manual and automatic transmissions.

Competing with the likes of Honda City and Hyundai Verna the VW Virtus is available with a total benefit of Rs. 75 000 comprising a cash discount of Rs. 30 000 an exchange bonus of Rs. 30 000 and a corporate discount of Rs. 15 000. Prices range from Rs. 11.56 lakh to Rs. 19.15 lakh (ex-showroom) sharing the same platform and engine lineup as the Taigun.

The Tiguan SUV offers significant benefits of up to Rs. 3.4 lakh including an exchange bonus of Rs. 75 000 a cash discount of Rs. 75 000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs. 1 lakh along with a four-year service package costing Rs. 90 000. The existing model is priced at Rs. 35.20 lakh (ex-showroom) with the new generation Tiguan already available internationally.

Similarly Skoda India is also offering attractive discounts on models like the Slavia and Kushaq with benefits of up to Rs. 2 lakh including exchange bonuses corporate discounts and loyalty bonuses for Volkswagen Group customers.
