New RTO Office opens in Hubballi.

Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy inaugurated the newly constructed Hubballi (Dharwad East) Regional Transport Office (RTO) building at Gabbur in Hubballi on Wednesday.

Speaking to the media after the inauguration Reddy highlighted that residents of the twin cities and Dharwad district had to previously visit the Navanagar RTO office which housed the district's only driving test track. He acknowledged the demand for an additional track and assured that one would be provided at the newly established Hubballi RTO office spanning 3-4 acres.

MLA Prasad Abbayya advocated for a new RTO office in Hubballi to better serve the community which has now been realized with the construction of the new office at a cost of Rs. 8 crore. He announced plans for the government to allocate 3-4 acres for a driving test track.

Hubballi-Dharwad East MLA Prasad Abbayya detailed that the new RTO office occupies 1 acre and 20 gunta land with an estimated cost of Rs. 8 crore and expressed confidence that it would serve the needs of the people effectively.

District incharge minister Santosh Lad NWKRTC managing director Bharat S Regional Transport Commissioner Maruthi Sambrani Transport Joint Director Omkareshwari M T RTO Damodar and other officials graced the occasion with their presence.
